Pay and bonuses should be linked to diversity and inclusion targets, the chief executive of Equality Group said. 

“I think in an industry where people are incentivised financially to achieve targets and if leadership are taking this seriously, and they want to see progress on it, they should be linking incentives to that [diversity and inclusion targets],” Hephzi Pemberton told Financial News.
