Equistone Partners Europe and Electra Partners are vying with other potential suitors to buy UK bicycle retailer Evans Cycles, according to people familiar with the matter.

The London-based buyout firms are through to a second round of bids for the company, which is expected to fetch roughly £100 million, one of the people said.
