Deutsche Börse and SWX Swiss Exchange have renewed the contract for Eurex, their derivatives joint venture, by agreeing to continue their alliance for the next decade.

Under the new contract, which will be valid until the end of 2014, the companies have revised the profit split. The split is based on each partner's contribution and the number of German as opposed to Swiss products trading on the exchange.
