Euroclear Bank, the world's largest settlement company, plans to return €45m ($53.1m) to its clients next year in its biggest rebate to date. It will also cut its fees.

The rebate will be distributed to clients at the beginning of next year in proportion of the business they have done with Euroclear in 2005, the settlement house said.
