Eurohypo, a German real estate investment bank, has hired Philippe Tannenbaum, head of European property research at Crédit Lyonnais Securities Europe, as director of research in London.

Tannenbaum is a chartered surveyor and associate professor at the University Paris IX-Dauphine, where he teaches the financial analysis of real estate.
