EuroMTS, a pan-European electronic fixed income trading platform, has hired Scott Stark to develop, sell and license a new eurozone government bond index.

Stark joins EuroMTS from Stoxx, a provider of financial indices, where he was managing director. Stark spearheaded the establishment of the Stoxx as a leading provider of indices in Europe.
