Euronext, the merger between the stock exchanges in Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels, is set to float at the beginning of July ahead of the London Stock Exchange.

UBS Warburg, ABN Amro Rothschild and BNP Paribas are leading the Euronext initial public offering.
