Euronext, the stock market operator, is making a determined bid to capitalise on demand for ethical and responsible investments by putting sustainable finance “at the heart” of its new three-year strategic plan.

The exchange, which operates in Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, London, Oslo and Paris, wants to strengthen its green bond offering and existing environmental, social and governance market indices.
