Euronext’s Borsa Italiana integration to cost €130m

The exchange initially expected the cost of consolidating the Italian exchange to be €160m

The cost of integrating Borsa Italiana will reach €130m as Euronext said it was in the final phase of the merger process.

In second quarter results, the exchange said the total costs of integration reached €109m. When Euronext bought Borsa Italiana from the London Stock Exchange in 2021  for €4.4bn it estimated integration would cost €160m.
