European Union governments have voted to move the region's London-based banking regulator to Paris because of Brexit, write Valentina Pop and Laurence Norman for The Wall Street Journal.

The European Banking Authority employs around 160 people in the UK capital and in recent years has moved into new offices in Canary Wharf.
