Evercore has acquired Robey Warshaw, one of the City’s highest profile boutique investment banks, in a major UK push.

The US-headquartered boutique is set to pay £146m — the equivalent of £29m for each of its five partners — for Robey Warshaw, the investment bank launched by former Morgan Stanley and UBS big-hitters in 2013.
