Carlyle has confirmed it will spend up to $200m to acquire financial advice technology provider Intelliflo.

Financial News revealed that the private equity house had swooped on the UK’s largest IFA practice management system last week, beating off competition from the likes of Bain Capital and Aquiline Capital Partners.
