Evestment, the technology incubator, is on track to be the first UK incubator to offer a wide range of services in the investment banking arena following its merger with Christows, the UK fund manager and stockbroker.

The newly merged entity, to be called EVC Christows, will concentrate on fund management and stockbroking, together with strategic private equity investment in high growth technology companies.
