Evraz turns back on bookrunners

Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley, which were bookrunners on the flotation of steel company Evraz last May, have failed to secure roles on the Russian company's first sale of shares since then.

Deutsche Bank UFG, the German bank's Russian subsidiary, and Renaissance Capital were selected to lead the $389m (€317m) sale. Renaissance Capital was the only bookrunner from the flotation to work on the deal.
