Two former bankers who served the investment industry in their roles at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Global Investors have become the latest to capitalise on renewed interest in the hedge fund sector, founding a new boutique to trade secondary market transactions in illiquid hedge funds.

Florian de Sigy, previously European head of structured equity sales within Deutsche Bank's global markets institutional client group, and Javier Rodriguez, previously head of strategic accounts within the client solutions group at Barclays Global Investors, have launched Gamma Finance.
