A former Barclays banker who quit two years ago to launch a firm advising European companies on public share sales is switching his focus to mergers and acquisitions.

Julian Macedo has rebranded his firm ECM Team as Deal Team and wants to partner with investment bankers looking to quit big institutions but still use their skills as dealmakers.
