Adam de Courcy Ling, a former head of European technology mergers and acquisitions at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), has joined Arma Partners, a London-based corporate finance advisory boutique set up in March, as a partner.

De Courcy Ling left CSFB in January, and has spent the past 10 months advising the UK government on the financial restructuring of British Energy.
