Moneyfarm, the robo-adviser backed by the venture arm of German insurer Allianz, has added a former adviser to Facebook and the BBC to its leadership team, to drive commercial expansion.

The digital wealth manager has appointed Scott Gallacher as chief commercial officer, the firm told FN.
