A boutique led by former Goldman Sachs dealmakers hiked pay for its UK partners after revenue more than doubled as M&A bounced back last year.

Ardea Partners, which has an office in London’s Mayfair, posted revenue of $48.4m for the year to 31 December 2024, according to accounts posted in May. This is up from $21.2m a year earlier, with M&A activity reviving after a two-year slump.
