Governance for Owners, the share owner advocacy group founded by former Hermes directors Peter Butler and Steve Brown, has announced nine new appointments in Europe, US and South East Asia.

Paola Perotti, a former managing director at Deutsche Bank's investment banking arm, joins the GO European Focus Fund team as managing director. She will be responsible for identifying companies suitable for GO's style of investing and for engaging with those companies once the investment is made, to enhance value.
