A former staffer at City law firm Hogan Lovells has been ordered to pay more costs after asking an employment tribunal to reconsider his "hopeless" claim that branded the firm “liars and scammers”.
Igor Donskoy, who was previously employed “to provide services relating to a significant legal matters” at the firm, took Hogan Lovells to an employment tribunal in April, claiming unfair dismissal, accusing a partner of being deceitful and greedy, and the firm as a whole as being untrustworthy.
