KPMG UK’s former chief executive has slammed the government’s refusal to ban non-disclosure agreements in all harassment cases.

Mary O’Connor, who became the first woman to lead a Big Four firm in the UK in 2021, said NDAs can be used to “silence victims and enable perpetrators to continue to misbehave” in a LinkedIn post on 15 May.
