Mark Cheshire, the former head of private wealth management at Lloyds TSB, has been appointed head of Ashcourt Rowan, a newly formed wealth management group.

Ashcourt Rowan was set up by Syndicate Asset Management after the London-based manager decided to merge its wealth management operations under the Ashcourt brand.
