Mike O'Leary, former director at software company Misys, has resurfaced as chief executive of Marlborough Stirling, the UK-listed software systems provider.

When he joins next month O'Leary will take over from Huw Evans, chairman of Marlborough Stirling, who has been filling the chief executive role since the departure of Graham Coxell a year ago. Evans will revert to his previous role as chairman.
