Jonathan Kaye, the former Moelis banker who left after a video emerged online of him punching a woman in Brooklyn, is set to join Rothschild & Co.

Kaye’s appointment at the independent investment bank could be announced in the coming weeks, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
