The former co-head of European prime brokerage at Morgan Stanley, the biggest prime broker in the region, has re-emerged on the board of an online spread betting company after quitting the Wall Street bank in December.

Jack Inglis, one of two co-heads alongside Warren Holmes of Morgan Stanley's European prime brokerage business last year, left in January and did not reveal his future plans.
