Ceris Williams, former head of fixed income at Rothschild Asset Management, is to join Morley Fund Management as head of international bonds and gilts.

Williams will report to Peter Rains, head of fixed income and treasury. A spokesman said that Morley would reorganise reporting lines in its fixed income team before Williams starts in September.
