Perry Inglis, the former head of European structured finance and credit derivatives at rating agency Standard and Poor's, has joined French bank BNP Paribas.

Inglis was a leading figure in developing the rating coverage of complex structured credit deals such as collateralised debt obligations at S&P until he left the firm in July 2007. Since then, he has had stints as head of European structured finance at asset manager ACA Capital and more recently a role in specialist London based boutique AgFe's structured finance advisory business.
