Credit Suisse has hired two former bankers from Swiss rival UBS, as part of its push to develop a top Asia-Pacific equity derivatives business.

The hires of Ken Pang and Min Park as co-heads of equity derivatives and convertibles for the region will also enable Credit Suisse to generate synergies by bringing those two businesses closer together, the bank said in a statement today.
