Exchange Consulting, the financial services search and selection firm, has hired Mary Ward to strengthen its presence in risk management in the energy and commodities sectors.

Ward moves from the recruitment firm Elliott Ross. Exchange Consulting said it planned to make further hires in coming months as it expands in the fixed income and commodity markets.
