One of four co-founders has left as the UK mid-market private equity firm makes changes to its senior ranks

One of the four co-founders of Exponent Private Equity has left a decade after setting up the UK mid-market firm, amid changes in its senior line-up.

Richard Campin, who set up Exponent in 2004 with three former colleagues from 3i, Christopher Graham, Hugh Richards, and Thomas Sweet-Escott, stepped down as a member of the limited liability partnership at the end of last month, according to a filing by Exponent at Companies House.
