EY partners are calling for the firm’s leadership to come up with a new plan for the firm after the failure of its split between audit and consulting.

The Big Four firm was set to split between its audit and consulting arms in a plan called Project Everest. However, the US partnership's rejection of the plan doomed the scheme, which was withdrawn earlier this month in a very public failure.
