EY UK said it is “not responsible” for alleged failures by its Middle East arm in a defence to a $2.7bn claim from the administrators of NMC Health.

The Big Four accountancy firm was hit with the multi-billion dollar claim in April by the administrators of former FTSE 100 company NMC Health, which collapsed in 2020 following allegations of fraud.
