It’s great being a dad. Except for the fact that more than ever before we need to do more home and family duties while also meeting the same stressful working demands.

Perhaps this is why Financial News’ survey of nearly 200 fathers working in financial services found that there is a whole generation of fathers coming through the ranks who feel frustrated and stressed out and want to see change.
