The head of the UK’s markets watchdog said the regulator could take more legal action against social media influencers punting scam financial products after launching a fresh crackdown this month.

The Financial Conduct Authority and City of London Police arrested three so-called finfluencers earlier this week and sent a raft of cease and desist letters to others.
