A group of British lawmakers are calling on Financial Conduct Authority staff to speak up about their experiences at the City regulator after receiving a desperate plea for scrutiny of the FCA from an employee.

The call comes after the FCA staffer called for "urgent" and "robust" parliamentary scrutiny into the regulator's “entirely toxic” culture. A video of a person representing the FCA employee's submission to the group of MPs will be published on the APPG's website on December 6.
