The Financial Conduct Authority's senior leadership now features as many men as women, hitting a target set by the regulator to achieve parity.

The regulator told Financial News it has now hit the milestone, which it had set as a goal to reach by 2025, while its mean gender pay gap has fallen from 15.6% in 2022 to 13.1%.
