Inside the FCA’s recruitment drive after a year of morale crisis

Supervision, policy and competition division looks to turn staff into advocates for the regulator in bid to fill new roles

The Financial Conduct Authority is hoping to bolster its workforce by kicking off a renewed drive to turn more staff into ambassadors for the regulator.

According to a note posted to the FCA’s intranet dated 22 December and seen by Financial News, it is looking for associates and senior associates to represent the regulator for a recruitment campaign in its supervision, policy and competition division.
