FCA lines up ‘name and shame’ meetings as City left in limbo over plans

The Financial Conduct Authority is planning further meetings with the City amid continued pushback over its so-called ‘name and shame’ enforcement plans.

A number of industry representatives are due to meet with the FCA in October about proposals that could see the markets regulator make more information public about firms it is investigating, according to people familiar with the situation.
