FCA looks to boost London markets with listing reforms

The Financial Conduct Authority is set to loosen the UK's listings rules to make sure the City continues to attract new IPOs.

As part of an ongoing review of the listings regime, the FCA said the rules are often too complex and costly for firms looking to raise capital.
