FCA looks to overhaul IPO info process

The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has launched a consultation paper on changing how information is made available to investors during the initial public offering process.

The watchdog said on March 1 that IPO prospectuses are currently made available “very late in the process” despite being investors’ “primary source of information” on companies.
