FCA recruitment bill tops £600,000 in hunt to replace executive talent

The Financial Conduct Authority is set to spend some £600,000 over the next three years on headhunters as it looks to make sure it lures the right talent amid a morale crisis and several big departures.

The watchdog is looking for a partner to "assess candidates as part of... head of department and director recruitment processes," tender documents published last month show.
