The Financial Conduct Authority has removed a notice warning consumers about the London fintech firm Lanistar from its website, after holding discussions with the firm.
The FCA said following the talks, Lanistar had agreed to add an appropriate disclaimer to its marketing materials regarding its regulatory status as a company. Lanistar does not have any authorisation from the FCA to conduct regulated activities.
