FCA staff committee raises ‘serious concerns’ over ‘unfair’ pay changes

The staff body charged with representing the 4,000 employees at the Financial Conduct Authority during an overhaul to pay and conditions has slammed the regulator for imposing "unfair changes" despite protests from workers.

After months of consultation, the watchdog's employees were given the final details of their new pay deal on 1 March.
