FCA starts new Barclays Qatar probe

The Financial Conduct Authority has reopened its investigation into the bail-out of Barclays by Qatar's sovereign wealth fund at the height of the 2008 financial crisis.

The FCA has begun a fresh round of interviews in the case and is studying new evidence, the Wall Street Journal reports, citing a source familiar with the matter.
