At least four staff at the Financial Conduct Authority were warned about sending confidential information to their personal email accounts, Financial News can reveal.

The regulator issued written warnings to four staff members for breaching its information and systems acceptable use policy by emailing themselves private data in the 2022/23 financial year, figures obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request show.
