The UK's Financial Conduct Authority has won a landmark case brought against it by the former JP Morgan executive who managed the 'London Whale' trader.

Achilles Macris was the London head of JP Morgan's chief investment office and one of the managers of Bruno Iksil, the trader at the heart of $6.2 billion in trading losses suffered by JP Morgan in 2012.
