The head of UK coverage at Credit Suisse’s financial institutions group — which advises financial firms on M&A — has departed to join Fenchurch Advisory Partners, a specialist M&A advisory boutique.
Fenchurch — advisers on Standard Life Aberdeen’s recent £3.2bn sale of its insurance arm to Phoenix Group, and the sale of UK fund manager Hermes to Federated Investors — announced the recruitment of William Nourse on September 5.
