Ffastfill, the online trading and risk management provider, has expanded its derivatives operations with the acquisition of software company Future Dynamics as the technology market looks to consolidate in the sector.

The acquisition is an all-share deal valuing Future Dynamics at around £2.6m (€3.9m) based on its closing price last week. Ffastfill has issued 33,333,333 new shares for the buyout which was approved last week.
