Ffastfill, the company which provides derivatives software to brokers, has signed two deals and raised £4m for acquisitions in a sign of increasing strength among technology companies.

ADM Investor Services, the UK broker, has agreed to use the company's FfastServe application service provider software which manages price information between brokers and exchanges.
